Since the last version of this site (version 3), I have decided to do not reply anymore to emails, but why?
- I receive too much emails to process them quickly!
- The responses I can give are not seen by everybody

SAV SIGMATEK (After Sales Service Department)
Be Careful, SIGMATEK, since the 02/17/2005 does not accept anymore defective player directly sent by people. They only accept after sale service using your retailer.
If your retailer is closed for any reason, then you contact them directly in this case.
If your player is not anymore under garanty, then you can contact them too but you'll be obliged to pay the repair and the postal charge for return. Prices depend on the player and your country location. If you're not in France, you can only pay using bank transfer.
